The Alabama quartet Delicate Cutters will perform at Beauty Bar as part of the Noisy Neighbors lineup tomorrow night. They’re certainly a band you should catch, especially with their latest album Some Creatures. Delicate Cutters encompasses a blend of raw folk-influenced indie pop as frontwoman Janet Simpson provides intimate lyrics filled with restrained emotion. Simpson’s vocals go seamlessly with the warm harmonies and one can’t help but just become inmmersed in the songs. Some Creatures is a solid album that has some great standout tracks such as “Picture of Health”,”Los Angeles” and “Lovers, Don’t Leap.” You can watch their video for “Be Sweet” below. Make sure to catch them live tomorrow along with John Wesley Coleman, Western Ghost House and DJ Short Stump. Show will only be $5 at Beauty Bar.
