Mayor of Austin Proclaims November 3rd God-Des and She Day in Austin, TX

For the Knuckle Rumbler family, every day is God-Des & She day, however we are extremely excited to announce that the Mayor of Austin has proclaimed November 3, 2011 as official God-Des & She day in Texas. On this day at 5:30PM, their performance will be held at City Hall (at 301 w 2nd street, inside Council Chambers on the 1st) for the Mayor, Council members and the public. For those who can not make it, the performance will be aired live on Channel 6. You can also catch God-Des & She performing on November 5th at the 5th Birthday Blowout for L Style G Style at the W.

This is a great honor for the Midwest bred hip hop duo, who have yet to receive rest since their appearance on Showtime’s hit series, “The L Word,” holding down the number one spot on MTV’s LOGO with their song, “Love You Better,” and the release of their album, Three, which was produced by Brian Hardgroove of Public Enemy
