We are so excited to be bringing you an all star hip hop lineup next week. Big K.R.I.T. the rap phenomenon that came of Mississippi, who’s critically acclaimed mixtape ‘KRIT Wuz Here’ has been riding, leaning, and crawling through car stereo systems on repeat since it’s drop. Not only was KRIT one of the 2011 XXL Freshman, but he also headlined the Nah Right and Smoking Section’s Grand Ole Party. Not only does KRIT rap but he makes his own beats. If that wasn’t enough, Freddie Gibbs will also be joining KRIT on the bill. Gibbs played an AMAZING surprise set recently at the Grand Ole Party, also an XXL Freshman, a Pitchfork favorite, and has been compared to sounding like Tupac mixed with Bun B who he has now collaborated with (video shot in Austin).
